We have recently migrated our email infrastructure (Exchange 2003) to Office 365. We have DirSync set up to synchronize our AD with Office 365. We have some distribution lists where we only allow certain users to send email to those lists. When the lists were on Exchange 2003 the allowed users had no problem sending to the restricted lists. Since the users have been migrated to Office 365 they are now being denied the ability to send emails to the same distribution list. They receive an access denied error. This happens when using Outlook and the Outlook Web App. I have checked the delivery management attributes for the DL and the users are listed in the allow section. Anyone experience this? Any help is appreciated.
