We have 4 public folders that were created in O365 and I have verified they are functional in that I can email out from them as well as receive internal emails. The issue that we've been running into is that these folders are NOT receiving email from external sources. Is there an additional step I have missed in setting up these mail-enabled folders? There aren't any rules applied to them; in testing the same external source that wasn't able to email the public folder was able to successful email multiple other people belonging to the same domain.
