Uploading Exchange email, contacts and calendar to O365

I just purchased Office365 and I'd like to permanently shut down my Small Business Server 2003 Exchange and need to know how to upload my contacts, email and calendar to Office 365.  I don't need to Sync it because I will be shutting down the service.  Ideally, I have a few workstations that are running Outlook and had already been synched with the Exchange Server and I wouldn't mind just uploading what I have on Outlook to Office 365 as that should be enough.  Any help on this would be truly appreciated.  Thanks!
