My client is in the process of migrating to Office 365 E3. They have 10 users spread over a few countries.
They want to have a similar file structure in a SharePoint Online Document Library they have now. Which is a number of nested folders with different levels of security. For example:
- Level 1 - Team Site
- Level 2 - Country Folder
- Level 3 - Various subject/project matters
- Level 4 - nested folders under each subject/project
Security would be something like
- Level 1 is opens to all users
- Level 2 is open to users in that country
- Level 3 is locked down depending on job function (Director. Managemt etc.)
- Level 4 open as per level 3
- Certain Groups would have access to everything
Is this possible in SharePoint Online? I can see Library Settings but I cant find Folder Security etc.
Any ideas?
