Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop

One of my internal users got an NDR sending an email to our info@company.com, stating the following:

info (info@company.com)

BL2FFO11FD022.mail.protection.outlook.com gave this error:
Hop count exceeded - possible mail loop 

Our info email address is setup as a contact in Exchange and forwards any emails to two other user email addresses.

I have the NDR reports to forward over if needed.
