Office 365 Room Calendar not showing items in Outlook but it does in OWA

I have created a new room mailbox.

If I open it's calendar in OWA I can see items in the calendar.

If I open in Outlook I can't see any items.

I do have other room mailboxes and I can view their calendar items OK in Outlook.
