The Outlook 2013 component of my Office 365 subscription has stopped working, and I am unable to load this software at all. All updates have been installed (configured to update automatically), and all other software tools which are part of Office 365 are working fine (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, etc.). I am able to access my Outlook account through Outlook web app, but the Outlook 2013 software only crashes.
When I try to load Outlook, the system begins to load the software and receive messages, but within 1 minute displays a message "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working, Windows is checking for for a solution to the problem." A few seconds later, the error message becomes: "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Outlook? How do I do this?
