Post 365 upgrade - Android phone will still receive email but can no longer send

Hi,


Samsung Galaxy ll, using Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account.


I hope you can help me. Since my 365 upgrade, the (only) phone connected to the account can no longer send email.  It can still receive email.  When sending an email the phone says 'sending' but actually the email just stays in the outbox.  If you then select it and try sending it from there it just hangs on 'sending message...'  I do not get any error messages.


I have tried deleting the active sync account from the phone and setting it up again. No change.

(I note that after upgrade I can no longer delete the mobile via on-line phone admin page.)


I have tried using all three server names and all give exactly the same results - receive only.   I use Enc SSL

outlook.office365.com

m.outlook.com

pod51049.outlook.com


Please can you help
