Outlook says "trying to connect" for two hours now. Second significant interruption this week. Essentially tried all of the steps suggested on the link you posted: closed Outlook and re-opened it several times; looked for updates and rebooted my desktop; attempted to "repair" my email account several times but it can't even connect. Cannot connect to email via iPhone either. Internet works perfectly otherwise, so it is clearly a 365 issue. This is a serious issue that affects our ability to work.
