One customer is having peculiar issue. Setup:
Mac OSX 10.8
Latest Office 2011SP1 updates
o365, all in cloud, DNS settings ok
OWA is always updated, so the service is OK, but this seems to affect all Mac clients.
OAB (Offline Address Book) is not updating. You can force the update by wiping it, but it still will not update, so you need to do wipe every time something is changed in address book.
This far read several threads in community about this but none of them have a solution.

Further ideas about this? Its not very plausible idea to force download of OAB every couple days...
