My company has an Exchange 2010 internally hosted site. Recently it seems that any client who has microsoft hosted email is getting a ton of delivery delay and undeliverable emails when trying to send to our domain. I have received the ndr's and headers from them and everything is generated from bigfish.com. To me I see all the delays taking place in the microsoft world and nothing ever touches my environment. I don't even see the hop attempting to be made. I put the headers in the analyze header tool on www.mxtoolbox.com to review them. I can supply domain information and NDR's when requested. These delays and undeliverables don't occur for any other client except ones that have microsoft hosted email. Any help would be greatly appreciated to find out why it is being delayed from your servers. Also to note, there are plenty of times when they can email us just fine. I know my spf, dns records and such are fine, especially if sometimes they can email me with no issues. Thanks.
