Shared With Everyone folder doesn't Share with Everyone

In my Sky Drive, I have (let's say) 2 folders: 1. My Folder, 2. Shared With Everyone.  For the Shared With Everyone Folder, I've used the instructions that are on the online forum to share 'Shared with Everyone' folder.  What this has resulted in is an email to the people I chose to share it with giving them a link to my folder.  They are able to click on this link and see my folders.  However, if they go into their "Shared With Everyone" folder, they cannot see my Shared With Everyone folders and also my Shared With Everyone folders don't appear to be shown elsewhere in their Sky Drive.

What this means is that the only way that they can access the folders that I shared with them is to keep a copy of the email that was generated to say that I'd shared the folder, then click on the link to those folders.  In short, if this is the way it works, then this is crazy, as you can't expect people to have to store emails to have to click on the links to see the folders that they need.  (I have just found the 'Follow this document' capability, which is about half way there, but still not what I was expecting.)

Therefore, I think there must be some way that my 'Shared With Everyone' folders and documents must be able to be made viewable in their Sky Drive, so they don't have to keep clicking on the link in the emails.  Can you please explain how I make this happen?  Or do I have to create an internal Site (that'll act like SharePoint?)
