Our organisation uses OWA, we do not have Outlook clients on our computers. All our users at various sites have lost the ability to print emails today. I eventually see the following error message when trying to print emails, either from the preview screen or after opening the email -
The problem appears to be specific to IE 10 as the Chrome browser still prints as normal. We are using O365 Small Business on Win 7 desktops/laptops and the problem is specific to emails as printing documents from our Team Site continues as normal.
Any ideas?
