Can't figure out how to do bulk move of new connected account items to a folder

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/web-apps-help/learn-about-connecting-to-other-accounts-HA102998836.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA102836325#_Toc339722709 states "After you've added a connected account, you can use the Inbox rule Received through this account to move messages from that account to the folder you specify."


I've done that, but nothing happens. I've looked high and low for a "run this rule" or "execute this rule" type option, but haven't found it. I've tried turning the rule off then on again, and that doesn't work either.


In addition, the rules I make to do this through "Create a new rule for arriving messages...", which one would assume would apply only to new incoming mail, and the one I created to try to move the existing messages through "Move messages from someone to a folder..." and then clicking "More options...", which one would assume would apply only to existing mail, both look the same in the right preview panel, specifically they both look like this:


Currently received through CENSORED
After the message arrives and...
The message was received through account 'CENSORED'
Do the following...
move the message to folder '~old from zimbra'
and stop processing more rules on this message
