I have 3 PC, a couple Win7 and a Win8, all of which have Outlook 2013 crashing at the end of the offline cache creation, then crash immediately after startup after that. This is not intermittent but rather happens EVERY time with my customer's Windows machines that connect to her Office 365 mailbox.
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, rebuilt profiles, reinstalled Win7 clean/updated, and EVERY TIME the result is the same: after the cached copy is updated Outlook 2013 crashes.
Turning OFF Cached Exchange Mode solves the crashing problem, BUT I need cached mode.
If I uninstall Office 2013 and revert to Office 2007, everything is fine. The problem is Cached Exchange Mode with Outlook 2013 only.
