migrate from outlook.com to Exchange 365

I wish to migrate all my emails, aliases and calendar from outlook.com to exchange 365 but I have to check on the following, I currently use my own account on outlook.com which is mail@tom********.co.uk:

1. How will I get all my old emails across as last time I tried this I got locked out of outlook.com so couldnt access old mails
2. What about my calendar I have set up as again last time being locked out of outlook.com when I started to move to exchange 365 meant I could not access my old calendar
3. What about contacts, same as above reasons I lost these before
4. What about some emails aliases I have setup on outlook.com, how can I move these across?

If I can get the above working I will move across.
