We are getting the above error on a Outlook profile when using the Office365 profile for a user.
We have attempted to resolve by removing old profiles etc but this keeps appearing.
I have renamed the data folder and outlook creates a new one when we setup the profile again but, alas the message still appears when the Outlook is opened and the profile begins to download.
The mailbox is exclusively in the cloud and does not have any hybrid/SSO scenario involved.
We are currently trying to remove the Office installation and reinstall to see if a fresh start will help, but in the meantime do you have any ideas with what could be causing the problem?
