I have created a new user on our domain, and have been able to successfully change the generated password, but when trying to login as that user again, I am met with a blank white page. In the URL bar, I see I'm bounced through at least 2 url's before ending up at this one:

(obviously my domain name has been changed)
The resulting page show's no errors and when viewing the source it's totally empty. I am able to login using existing accounts just fine.
Any thought's on what might be causing this problem?
FYI, I've tried different browsers, on different computers, on different networks all with the same result.
