Hi, I have all my contacts in Outlook 2013, they show up in my various folders I've created under My Contacts. When I try to create a New Contact Group by clicking the Add Members, I see three options...
1. From Outlook Contact
2. From Address Book
3. New Email Contact
When I select 1 or 2, then look in the Address Book drop-down menu, I have my hotmail account listed, with a sub-menu item Contacts. Selecting any of these options does not show ANY of my contacts to choose.
My contacts are in my Outlook Data File I thought, since they're listed under My Contacts in Outlook, correct? I don't know why my hotmail is even listed as an address book. Any idea why my contacts are not showing up when I try to create a New Contact Group?
