I have created several shared mailboxes in the past without too many issues. This time is different.
I created a mailbox called Client Services and gave it an alias name of cliserv. I created a Distribution Group, and followed the instructions according to this page. I also granted SendAs permissions to every member of the distribution group according to these directions. I also granted full access rights to every member.
Lastly, I added the mailbox to every members Outlook client. They are able to see incoming emails. The problem is this: when attempting to reply or send an email they get the following message:

Recipient Name Here
You can't send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you're sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

Any thoughts on how I could remedy this issue short of deleting and starting over?
