I am getting "OAB Download Failed" messages (Event ID 27) in the event log about once or twice per minute for a long time. The result code is 1, which translates to "You do not have any Offline Address Book files on your computer, or the Offline Address Book files could not be opened for some other reason".
If I force a full OAB download, it works and the event log entry is "OAB Download Succeeded", but then it continues to attempt the OAB download every once or twice a minute and continues to fail.
I tried removing my local Offline Addresss Books folder, and the registry entries, and restarting Outlook, but issues persists. Please help.
