Calendar in OSX not working, iOS is fine

Hello,

I have recently been given an Office 365 account by my company and I have successfully setup the calendar, contacts and mail on my iOS device. The mail and contacts feature also works correctly on my laptop (mountain lion 10.8.4) however, the Office 365 calendar does not work at all. Within my Office 365 online page I have a 'sub calendar', along with the default calendar, and these are visible on my iOS device (and newly created appointments that are created on the web interface or the iOS device sync correctly). Nevertheless, they are not visible on my laptop. When I create the account on the laptop my mail and contacts sync, however, the calendars do not. I do not see the 'sub calendars' and if I create a new calendar on my laptop it does not appear in the web interface or my iOS device. If I manually refresh the calendars (view -> refresh calendars) the 'Updating...' status is shown, which doesn't seem to finish. When inspecting the logs I find the message "Calendar: No existing source with identifier: XXXXXXXXXXXX", however, I do not know if this is related.

The server information that Calendar automatically determines is:

Internal Sever: outlook.office365.com

Server Path: /EWS/Exchange.asmx

Port: (auto)

Use SSL

External Sever: outlook.office365.com

Server Path: /EWS/Exchange.asmx

Port: (auto)

Use SSL

Can someone please suggest a resolution to this problem?
