Since I don't have time to sit at my desk all day to keep trying the autodiscover, I would say that of all the times I try to add less than 20% will it work.

Why doesn't it work 99.9% of the time? What is the issue now? It can't be my autodiscover CNAME issue because it's there. Well if that is the issue then MS servers are to blame since they host my DNS records.
What does it take to get prompt solutions for corporate users? Is there a number to call with more knowledgeable support personnel?
