I'm trying to configure IRM support with Exchange Online.
I've setup on-prem IRM servers that are accessible via an extranet url. These are working well with Office applications like Word/PowerPoint, etc, and I can restrict doc access successfully.
I've run the Enable-OrganizationCustomization command. I've exported the Trusted Publishing Domain to an XML file, and run the Import-RMSTrustedPublishingDomain command, and I get the following error:

My IRM servers are Windows 2012. I've tried exporting into the older IRM format as well with no luck. Has anyone seen this issue with IRM support on Exchange Online?
