OWA loads blank screen for a user post O365 upgrade

I am an administrator of our companies O365 account.   On Saturday July 7th, our system went through the Office 365 upgrade, with minimal issues.   For the most part, things are up and running.   I have one user however that is having issues with his OWA (His outlook client is working fine and connecting to exchange without issue).   When this user logs into his portal and accesses OWA from there, his browsers (He's tried 3 different browsers, IE 10, Firefox and Chrome) load a blank white page.   Steps he's tried so far:

1. Rebooted his PC

2. Tried this on 3 separate browsers on his work PC (running Windows 8 Pro)

3. Went home and tried on his Home PC AND Macintosh, both exhibited the same behavior, blank screen)

I have full rights access to this user's email, so I logged into my Admin portal, loaded my own OWA account, then used the menu option to "Open other users Mailbox".  I opened this user's account, and on my work PC his OWA opened up fine (it did however take some time to load, as he has a large mailbox size).

I'm a bit perplexed as to why I'm able to open up his OWA on my PC having admin privlidges, but trying to open up OWA using his credentials on any other machine fails, and loads only a blank screen.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting items I can try?   (BTW, pre-upgrade this last Saturday, he was able to access OWA just fine on his home and work PC's.

Thanks in advance!
