User's outlook mailbox in 365 Web App not loading

Hello, one of our user's hasn't been able to load their Outlook email in 365 Web App for 2 days straight now.  Furthermore, we are unable to get their outlook to connect as well.  We have tried using autodiscover settings, etc on multiple machines and Outlook 2007's; however all unable to connect.  All other user's are fine, except for this one user.

 

The error the user gets when clicking on Outlook, within Web App is below:

Your mailbox appears to be unavailable. Try to access it again in 10 seconds. If you see this error again, contact your helpdesk.
                  
Want to be able to use your email when you're offline?
Next time you are connected:
1. At the top of Outlook Web App, next to your name, click Settings
2. Click Offline settings and turn on offline access
3. That's it! You'll never see this message again.

 

The mailbox is full I believe; however still need a way to access it asap.  Thanks in advance for any help.
