So I understand how to share calendars and permissions. My question is how can you edit others calendars without creating an appointment in your own calendar. So for example I have 4 sales associates. They schedule appointments for each other based on their free/busy status. With an editor permission level- So Sally is setting an appoint for Suzy. Sally clicks on the available time in Sauces calendar- It brings up an appointment and does not let you just make a calendar event. So now Sally and Suzy are both showing busy. Is outlook 365 or outlook 2010 capable of being able to add events in shared calendars?
Thanks MA
