I already have a domain BUT I want office 365 to only use it for eMail NOT down my website

I already have a domain
I already have a working website
I already have Small business Server running Exchange Server
and SharePoint

I want to have Microsoft host my Exchange and SharePoint

If I change my office 365 email address to my domain will by existing web site, etc still run
