Hello,
I almost 2 weeks ago upgraded one of our users from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013 and since last Wednesday everytime he opens Outlook it will connect to the Exchange server and then he will get a message saying that Outlook has stopped working.
I have run the repair, opened Outlook in safe mode, recreated a new profile, uninstalled Office 2013 deleting the OST and reinstalling Office. I can't get Outlook to work properly.
All the other office programs work just fine. No other programs were installed on the computer.
Any help will be appreciated.
FYI the computer is running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
