New to Office 365

My husband and I are trying to Streamline our accounting firm.  We have been using several different software products for different areas of running our office.  ACT, Office, etc...We are wanting to become more efficient and also try to become more paperless as well.  At any rate, we are trying to figure out how to use the calendar feature on Office 365 to use as an "appointment book" for the office, but i would need to be able to share this with me husband and he would need to be able to add to it and edit it as well.  Is there anyway to do this with either outlook web app or Outlook 2013?  If so, could you please tell us the best way to do this?  Thank you in advance!!
