I have just gotten an account for small business with Office 365. Previously I had my emails set up to run through Office 2011 for Mac. When I set up the Exchange account, it did not bring all the saved emails, folders, inbox, calendar, etc. from my original email account. I have used the same email address and password for this account. In addition to setting up Office 365, I've downloaded the Office 2011 for Mac update and have added the Exchange account to my Outlook. So now I have a "live" inbox, with no past emails, folders or meetings and a "dead" inbox, that has all my mail, folders and meetings but cannot connect to anything.
How do I sync my old email - inbox, folders with saved emails, and calendar (with meetings for next week scheduled!) to my new account.
Please advise.
