Hi Support,
In a new account with Office 365 Small Business plan, when we add a domain at the portal, it asks us to change NS Records in place of manually changing MX, CNAME, TXT and SPF Records at the domain registrar. I have a few queries about the process:
1) If I change the NS, my live website shall do down OR it will be still stay live even after NS are changed? How can we be sure that there will be no disturbance to my up-and-running website?
2) How are my DNS Records managed after I change NS?
3) Is it mandatory to add/create the DNS Records at the domain registrar even if my domain's NS are configured to point to Office 365?
Thanks in advance.
