I have been having a problem with OWA for over a week now. I have opened a service request (1208660059), but have not yet recieved any advice in English - my office365 account is registered in the UK, but I am currently in Spain so recived support in Spanish which made no sense and did not seem to be relevant to my actual problem. I then posted a comment on a recent 365 community question posted by someone else who appeared to be having problems similar to my own, but an admin says that I have to open a new questrion, so here we go...!
I have been using OWA since migration to Office365 from office live without any problems. Originally I was accessing it using my old Vista laptop, running IE9. Earlier this year I changed to a new laptop running windows 8 and it worked fine. However I did not like windows 8 so am now using another laptop running windows 7 and IE 9. Since changing to this laptop, I have not been able to easily access OWA.
I have follwed the advice on other threads here - cleared the cache / cookies / browsing history etc. I have also made sure that all updates are installed and tried running OWA "in private" browsing, but still have problems. I have also tried loading OWA using chrome but whatever I do it either hangs and causes the browser to stop responding, or loads very very slowly (3-5 mintes). If it does load, it is then very slow to open mails, / reply / send new mails etc.
It has been over a week since I first contacted support and not being able to regually check my emails is now causing real problems to my business. Last week I lost a large contract as a result of not replying to a customer - he thought I did not want his work so went else where. Understandably I am very unhappy! I accept that it may be the computer (I cannot see if it is working on my other windows 8 laptop as I have sent it back to the UK) - but the lack of support in a timely manner frustrates me. I have therefore cancelled this months payment for my office 365 services until I get the support I need.
