Mail forwarding from On-Prem Exchange to Office 365

Hi all,

I am planing a staged migration from On-Premises exchange Office 365.  I need to move some mail boxes to the cloud and when the mail for these mail boxes arrive to on-prem I want it to forward this mail to Office365.

Could you please tell me how to achive this?
