Since upgrading to your new office web app we have had intermittent problems in sending emails. What's worse is that this keeps happening for VERY important emails.
Occasional when sending emails our users are getting the following message:
Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later.
In the three instances, all were using the new OWA. The other thing that seems to be similiar in all instances is that all seemed to be trying to send emails using their personal contact list groups, not global address lists.
The first email was sent fine using the outlook application on their computer with no issue after they drove back into work for just that.
The other solution I found is switching to the light web app version. The emails go through fine then. But my users are not savvy enough to do this on their own. I need a solution or explanation of what is going on to fix this.
