Unable to open archive mailbox...

We have been running Office 365 for a while now and have a single mailbox that reaches a certain size so we institued an archive against it while at the same time upgraded the license to P2.

Once we'd configured the retention policy (90 days to archive) and enabled the Archive feature within the 'Mailbox Feature' section of the Mailbox options.  It does appear to have removed the mails older than 90 days however we cannot access a mailbox with the name automatucally generated by the Exchange Management area of the web interface.

The mailbox is called "Mail Archive", upon enabling the feature the name of the archive mailbox is called "Archive Mailbox - Mail Archive".  I try to add this mailbox into my profile in Outlook but it says this mailbox does not exist.

Were we meant to create this mailbox separately, as the instructrions we worked through was explicit that this DID NOT need to happen.

We're now losing email and cannot find the archive, can you help?
