When sharing my calendar, can I give other users permissions to add and delete events in OWA versus the Outlook Client?

When sharing my calendar, can I give other users permissions to add and delete events in OWA versus the Outlook Client?

We are in the pre-deploy testing phase. Is there anyway to grant full edit permission to a Calendar in OWA? We are not installing the Outlook Clients?
