shared mailbox members are not displayed

While looking at a shared mailbox, none of the existing members of the mailbox appear in the 'members' list area. Also, when trying to add a new member, I get a message that says - Sorry we couldn't save your shared mailbox at this time, try again later. I tried again later and that didn't help.

Other shared mailboxes display ok.
