I currently have a Microsoft Exchange account e-mail address. In order to keep that address will I have to pay for both Microsoft Exchange and Office 365?

I currently have a Microsoft Exchange e-mail address. If I want to keep that e-mail address why have to pay for both Microsoft Exchange and for Microsoft Office 365?
