I have my last user on a laptop down in Florida that is in the Outlook Web App and has gone to Settings/Office 365 Setting/Software and clicked the Setup button in order to get his laptop set up for Office 365 upgrades for Outlook.
At the point after running the app that it comes up with the Sign in screen and he enters his OWA username and password he get the "There are currently no logon servers to service the logon request."
What is going on here.
I have had 10 other remote users that have had no problems with this part of the process....
He is running Windows 7 on a Dell Latitude laptop that is 3 months old with all the latest updates for Office.
Should I send him the Sign on Assistant MSI and have him install it and go from there?
