Yesterday, one of our users couldn't open outlook. It hangs immediatly once it reaches the main screen. I tried repairing outlook, running in safe mode, and recreating the profile. I deleted all the outlook-related files in the appdata folders; however, after doing this and deleting the profile, Outlook just creates new .ost files itself instead of asking to create a profile. In the event viewer, I'm getting this error:

We are running Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 and have already been upgraded to Wave 15.
