Lock signature in Office 365

Hi guys,

I don't know if this is possible, but maybe you can help me. I want to add automatic signatures for my users, in Office 365, and I want to lock the signatures so the users cannot edit them.

Is this even possible? If so, can you please tell me how to do it?
