Hi all,
Our situation is that we have a mailbox that a number of computers (16) are connected to via Outlook, we have Exchange hosted at Microsoft. Lately some computers have been losing the connection to Exchange when using this mailbox, i.e. not receiving or sending any e-mails (showing disconnected in Outlook). This mailbox also have a archive which is full, we have emptied the archive (via OWA) but still get warnings that it is full. Connectivity to our personal mailboxes are not affected at all.
Is there a limit in simultaneous connections to one mailbox?
Could the full archive be related to this issue since it seems to have started recently?
Why are we still receiving warnings that the archive is full even after we emptied it?
