Our company recently migrated from gmail to office 365. I used migrationwiz.com to migrate all the users mailboxes from google to office 365. This worked great, except for a couple of hiccups. The major problem is one of my users, (who also has the biggest mail box) when we did the migration for some strange reason it replicated his mail, instead of copying and doing and index of what was moved and what was new. His is the only mailbox that this happened to. So his mailbox started out with 47 thousand emails, and when it was finished his total was 157 thousand. Let me mention he is also using office for mac 2011. My guess is that what happened was during the move, his mac started to replicate his mail, since at the time he has both his gmail and office account on his mac. What I'm looking for is a tool or an app to sort through his mail and pull out or delete his duplicates.
