Our client is using Exchange Plan 1 for office 365, and within the last few months was transitioned away from 1and1 e-mail. Several users before were getting a large amount of SPAM e-mail. One of the hopes with the transition is that the amount of SPAM would be reduced. The amount was reduced slightly, but not enough to make our client happy. Items are being caught in the Junk e-mail section, which is great, however hundreds are still making it to the inbox of several users.
1) Client is not on a blacklist.
2) Have tried turning up all of the options on Forefront Security for the domain.
3) Too varied of domains from the sender to block them all.
Need some ideas on where to go from here.
