Our development team is located in Mexico and we communicate with them everyday from our Office 365 account. Today we received the rejection message below. It is rejecting the sender: eric@docsolid.com. Eric is their manager and has sent email successfully in the past (countless times).
This message seems to focus on the IP address of the sender. Nothing has changed recently related to our network. Of course, the email is coming from Office 365. What's up? What should we do?
