Trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange...

Bear with me, I'm frustrated...

 

The two remaining XP users in our office can no longer get their Outlook (2007) -> Office 365 connection working.  They get the "Trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange" message that eventually cycles to "Disconnected".  This will repeat to no avail.  The other users in the office (Win 7 / Outlook 2010 -> Office 365) continue to work just fine.  

 

As best I know, nothing has changed (e.g. no new maintenance); it is odd that this is suddenly happening to two users (both of which are XP/Office 2007). 

 

I've tried the mail "repair" facility with no success.  I've also tried resetting the Office 365 password equally with no success.  It isn't a (new?) firewall issue as others get through/connect just fine (and nobody has been changing the firewall).

 

I'm at a loss, any suggestions?  (Thank you for your help!)
