Problems connecting with MS Exchange Server

I continue to get the message that my mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange server and I can use a temporary mailbox or work offline with old data. I have deleted and recreated the profile multiple times and the message reappears. I can login to my 365 account but still get this error.
