Hi,
I recently upgraded to Office 365.
When I started setting up my account, I reached here:
Set up mydomain.com to work with Office 365Based on your choices, here are your next steps. Review or change answers
![]() | 1 | Before you can use mydomain.com with Office 365, help us verify that you own it. |
![]() | 2 | Since you want to keep your @mydomain.com website where it’s hosted today, we’ll show you how to do that. |
![]() | 3 | Update email addresses from @mydomain.onmicrosoft.com to @mydomain.com, for yourself and any users you’ve already added to Office 365. |
![]() | 4 | Add users that you want to have @mydomain.com email addresses. |
![]() | 5 | Complete the process After this step, you can start sending and receiving email in Office 365 with your @mydomain.com email address. |
So far, I haven't completed Step 5 because I'm confused about one thing. Since in step 2, I chose not to change my hosting provider, if I finish step 5, my DNS servers will be same as they are now and I'll be able to add/ remove new users the same way I have been doing or not?
Is my understanding correct that I may see my email here as well as in Outlook 2013 (Desktop)?
Please confirm.
